The newest addition to our portfolio and a very exciting one! Olivier and Francine Savary established the domaine in 1984 and now work alongside their sons Maxime and Mathieu. The family have small holdings across several excellent plots, all planted on ancient Kimmerigian clay-limestone with south/southeast exposure. The village Chablis is a fabulously complex example, blended together from across their vineyards; 'Hommage' is a new addition that supercharges the minerality and salinity; and Bourgogne Epinueil is a deliciously old school Pinot Noir - light, earthy, peppery.
