Chardonnay VdF is produced under the ‘Maison’ label and is organic fruit sourced from the Languedoc; ‘En Serre’ is a 2.7ha plot on steep slopes with deep soils; ‘Les Genevrieres’ is a particular favourite with a great old-school label, very rich and full of umami, located high on a steep east-facing hill; ‘Le Repostere’ is also purchased fruit and is a fresh, tropical style of Pouilly-Fuisse - pineapple, passionfruit, mango; and finally Macon-Cruzille Rouge is 100% Gamay, tastes almost like a mix in style between Cru Beaujolais and Bourgogne Pinot Noir.
