The family have small holdings across several excellent plots, all planted on ancient Kimmerigian clay-limestone with south/southeast exposure. The village Chablis is a fabulously complex example, blended together from across their vineyards; Bourgogne Epinueil is a deliciously old school Pinot Noir - light, earthy, peppery.
