We've put together a mixed 6-pack of wines from Chablis, a great way to try a range of producers and styles. Vincent Dauvissat needs no introduction - the most famous winery in the region apart from perhaps Raveneau; Savary is a wine we've been importing for a couple of years, a family domaine doing great work - 2023 was a warm vintage so the wines are quite ripe, Hommage is from some of their best plots to the north of the village. Vocoret is a new-wave producer - the 'Bas de Chapelot' is produced from 40+ year old vines from a vineyard next door to a Premier Cru site.
